As property management consultants, we take our vast array of experience (successes and failures) in the property management industry and help other property managers identify areas for growth in their business and help them implement systems to achieve their goals. Through active listening and interactive questioning we help you change and/or improve your business and your quality of life.
All recommendations, strategies and processing are custom tailored for each client. We realize company values, culture and teams may vary. You implement what you'd like in your business and our consultants work ALONGSIDE you and your team to achieve your goals. This isn't a dictatorship but a partnership.
From personal experience, we wished we had someone to guide us in the start or growth of a property management company and now that we have over 30 years in this industry we wan't to take our successes and even our failures to help you build, grow or even plan an exit strategy. And most importantly, we want to make sure fellow property managers recapture a high quality of life despite being in an industry that can be challenging at times.
To start, we would need to schedule a FREE, no-obligation discovery call. This allows us to get to know you, your business and your goals. We want to know what you need help with and then we come up with various strategies based on your needs/wants.
Consulting services are done a la carte or via our ongoing consulting packages. Pricing varies depending on your needs. Pricing is based on the services that you select. A full proposal will be sent and discussed after the discovery call. All fees can be paid online via credit card or ACH payment via secured portal.
ALL information discussed before, during or after the discovery call is completely confidential. A statement of confidentiality is highlighted on the discovery call form and in the consulting agreement.
Specific measurable goals will be discussed and identified after the discovery call. Periodic check-in during the process of the consulting relationship will be conducted to evaluate if we are on track or if changes need to be made in order to reach your goals. Since the goals/services vary based on client, individual goals and results may vary. We will work hand in hand to make sure you achieve what you set out to do.
Our team will equip you with detailed strategy and support to accomplish your goals but it is up to you and your team to follow through. We understand that with many variables, we may have to be flexible and/or tweak the strategy. This is were communication is key. We maintain communication and support to help you through the process of your growth. Our success is dependent on your growth and we are committed to that!
