APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

The following details our application and approval process. Once you have viewed a property please follow these next steps. NOTE: We DO NOT rent properties site unseen. Please give us a call today to view a property. To view our available rentals click HERE.

STEP 1 – Review our rental criteria by clicking HERE. Please read the criteria carefully to ensure that you meet the minimum requirements as the non-refundable application fee is $45 per adult.

STEP 2 – Each adult over 18 must complete an online application found at www.mykingrealty.com. You must pay the non-refundable $45 application fee online. The supporting docs can be uploaded directly to the application. The supporting documents are as follows:

STEP 3 – Our team will confirm receipt of all documentation via email.

STEP 4 – Our team processes the application and verifies all of the information is provided. This may take up to 3 days depending on how quickly we receive verifications.

STEP 5 – A summary of the application is submitted to the owner for review and approval along with our team’s recommendations.

STEP 6 – Approval or Denial email is sent to each applicant individually along with any adverse action documents as needed. If you are approved for a property, you must submit the deposit (cashier’s check or money order ONLY) to us within 48-hours of notification. We are only able to execute the lease and take the property off of the market once that is received.
